sounds like a good plan! i know how to sew free hand, but i haven't the faintest idea how to use a pattern. i have several patterns that i have never used (prob 10) because i don't know how they work :( so an in depth tute would be great!
This sounds like a GREAT idea! My resolution is to be more crafty. So far this year I have knit a hat with earflaps on a knitting loom and I have almost finished a pair of wool-blend socks (my first pair on double pointed needles) but i want to do some sewing but am a bit intimidated to try anything bigger than a hat. I bet if there was a tutor I could do it.
